The Centro Virtual Library is a collection of full text  journal articles, databases, electronic books, and other digitial resources that can be accessed by the Centro Library community members  and the general public  24/7 from an internet connected computer  anywhere in the world.

Any student, employee, researcher, or faculty member of Hunter College with a current Hunter e-mail can use the Virtual Library. The general public can also access the virtual library but they may not have access to some of the databases.

When accessing some of the CUNY databases the system will require authentication. At the system prompt enter you id (email) and password. For more information on accessing the databases from outside Hunter, refer to “Access from Home” from the Hunter College Libraries website http://library.hunter.cuny.edu/find/accessfromhome
