Research Seminar Series

The Center for Puerto Rican Studies invited all graduate students, junior faculty, and senior faculty to submit papers –in-progress or that have been published recently for inclusion in the newly created Centro Research Seminar Series. Papers will also be considered for publication on our web site as part of our Working Paper Series. Our goal is to promote the understanding of the social conditions of stateside Puerto Ricans and affect positive social change among the processes and institutions that affect the welfare of our population. This Seminar Series is a vehicle for organizing a discussion about topics that are a priority for the well being of the Puerto Rican community and to identify potential partners for the implementation of a research program.
